Learn the new national anthem – Bishop Kukah tells Christians that their pastors said will sing a new song this year

During a public event, Matthew Kukah, the current bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Sokoto, humorously mentioned that Nigerians who were told by their pastors that they would sing a new song should now learn the new national anthem.

Kukah said;

‘’For those of you whose pastors told you in January, the beginning of the year that by the grace of God you will sing a new song, now learn the national anthem”

President Tinubu on May 29, 2024 signed a new bill reintroducing the old National anthem.
