Justina Syokau has announced her renewed pursuit of gospel singer Alex Apoko, who goes by the stage name Ringtone. In a recent conversation with YouTubers, Syokau revealed her desire to settle down with Ringtone before the year comes to an end.
Syokau, a mother of one, made these remarks while encouraging Akothee, a fellow artist, to consider having another wedding after her previous marriage with Omosh came to an end. She praised Akothee’s resilience and courage as a single mother and expressed her support for Akothee’s pursuit of love.
Speaking on the topic, Syokau said, “I recently posted about Akothee, and I suggested that she should have another wedding. She’s like the president of single mothers. If she brings in a man as her eighth husband, we’ll support her. We love her, we admire her courage. We loved her when she was with Omosh, and we’ll support her in her next marriage. Akothee isn’t like me, who has found salvation and doesn’t need a man. She’s a secular artist, bold, and undeniably sexy. She’s a woman with a strong market presence, so we can expect her to get married again.”
When asked if her comments implied that she didn’t consider herself sexy and available, Justina responded, “I don’t think of myself as sexy. I’m a church woman now. I don’t know; only Ringtone can approve if I’m considered sexy.”
She went on to shower Ringtone with compliments, emphasizing his hard work and popularity among Kenyans. She expressed her determination to settle down in marriage with Ringtone before the El Niño rains arrive, referring to the seasonal heavy rains in Kenya.
“I am a wife, and the ‘Goat Wife’ in coming. We must get married this year before it ends. Why should El Niño find us without a spouse? We are the only gospel artists who haven’t married yet. We have to have a wedding. We can’t let El Niño catch us without a husband. How many years has he been alone, and how many years have I been alone? So, please allow us,” Syokau explained.
