A Nigerian woman has shared a concerning account on social media, alleging that six young women have gone missing after attending a house party in Lekki, Lagos. In a viral video posted on the platform X (formerly Twitter), she narrated the chilling details of the incident, warning others to exercise caution.
According to the report, seven girls were originally invited to the party, but only six proceeded as the seventh stepped out of the car to retrieve a forgotten wig. By the time she returned, the vehicle carrying the other six had left, and no one has since been able to contact them. Their phones are unreachable, and their whereabouts remain unknown.
The woman issued a stark warning, urging young women to be wary of strangers and avoid such gatherings, emphasizing concerns over potential exploitation for ritualistic purposes. She cautioned against meeting unfamiliar individuals in areas like Lekki, claiming such incidents have become increasingly common.
Her statement read:
“Six girls in Lekki have gone missing. They were invited to a private house party, and nobody has heard from them since.”
“One of the girls survived because she stepped out of the car to retrieve her wig, and when she returned, the others were gone.”
