- Kris Jenner highlighted that she was emotional about the surgery because her ovaries were very sacred place to her.
- She stated that she took the decision because of her health challenges.
Media personality Kris Jenner recently shared a personal health update with her family, revealing plans to undergo surgery to remove her ovaries.
This decision comes after a tumor was discovered during a recent medical scan.
In an emotional moment on the latest episode of ‘The Kardashians‘, Kris confided in her boyfriend Corey Gamble and daughters Kim, Khloé, and Kendall about the upcoming surgery.
She expressed her sentimental attachment to her ovaries, explaining that they hold a special significance as the place where her children were conceived.
She said:
“I wanted to tell you guys something. I went to the doctor and had my scan,” she said tearfully. “They found, and this just makes me really emotional but, they found a cyst and a little tumour on my ovary.
“Dr A said I’ve gotta have my ovaries taken out and I’m emotional about it because they came in handy with you guys. That’s where all my kids were conceived and that’s where they were grown, in my tummy. So this is a very sacred place to me.”
Kris’s daughters, particularly Kim, expressed their sadness and concern upon hearing the news. However, Kris reassured them that she will be okay, acknowledging that this marks the closure of a significant chapter in her life.
“It’s a whole chapter that’s just closed,” she concluded.
