“Is MI Abaga a joke” – Fans slam Wizkid for saying rap music is dead and boring

Many music lovers have taken to social media to reply Afrobeats superstar Wizkid after he said that “rap music is dead and boring”.

The award-winning singer recent disclosed that Afrobeats is taking over the music industry and he doesn’t listen to other genres.

Wizkid pointed out that the rap genre is boring because rappers use the same beats and flow. However, some fans have attacked him as they don’t agree with his comments.

One social media user said; “Coming from someone who says the same things and uses the same melody” while another asked if legendary Nigerian rapper MI Abaga is a joke.
