Teebillz, the ex-husband and former manager of famous singer Tiwa Savage, had initially criticized cancel culture and urged Nigerians to forgive Naira Marley, who had reportedly antagonized Mohbad prior to the latter’s death.
Teebillz’s defense of Naira Marley and Zinoleesky had sparked outrage among many Nigerians, who took to social media to express their disapproval.
However, it appears that the online backlash has prompted a change of heart from the talent manager.
In a recent development, Teebillz posted an apologetic statement on his social media accounts, acknowledging the insensitivity of his earlier post.
He expressed regret for any offense caused and clarified that he did not intend to undermine anyone’s feelings or opinions.
Instead, he stated his desire to offer help and support to the young artists, emphasizing the role of mental health in the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s passing.
In his words;
