A Tiktoker who was recently arrested for defaming actress Eniola Badmus has taken to social media to confront the online trolls targeting her and has declared her intention to sue them.
Sharing a video on TikTok, the woman, identified as Ego, passionately defended herself against the accusations and threatened legal action against those engaging in malicious trolling.
Ego vehemently denied the claims that she had received money to tarnish the reputation of actress Eniola Badmus.
In her video, she labeled those perpetuating such allegations as “dumb,” asserting that there was no evidence or communication to substantiate the alleged financial transaction.
Ego further underscored that she had never engaged in any conversations or exchanges that would suggest her involvement in a plot to defame the actress.
Responding to the allegations that she had used offensive language, particularly telling someone to “shet up” (shut up), Ego refuted these claims, stating that such language was not in her character.
She insisted that those who knew her well were aware of her communication style and could vouch for the fact that she rarely used such words.
Displaying her determination to protect her reputation, Ego issued a stern warning to her online detractors.
She announced her intention to pursue legal action against those who were engaging in trolling behavior, vowing that they would experience the same ordeal she endured during her time in prison.
Ego emphasized that her conviction had solely been for a minor offense -defamation- and urged her critics to reflect on the severity of their actions.
