I’ll Continue To Be Voice Of The Voiceless – Oluremi Tinubu

Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the wife of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, has vowed to keep speaking up for the voiceless because she is concerned about the fate of the vulnerable.
She gave this assurance when she led a group of women, including the wife of the APC vice presidential candidate, Hajiya Nana Kassim Shettima, to visit some widows, IDPs, and individuals with special needs in the Karon-Majigi Ward of Gwarimpa and Yar Goje Community of the Abuja Municipal Area Council.

She claimed that her visit was a part of the effort to get to know the less privileged and offer support, as well as to let them know she understands their suffering.

“I’m here today because of the work ahead of us. You don’t just jump into the waters without learning how to swim.

“This is like a familiarisation tour to every part of Abuja to know the people who have special needs and to see how we can ameliorate their sufferings.

“So at least, if God happens to get us to that exalted position, we don’t just go there blindly without really understanding what is in our communities and environs,” Tinubu said.
