I was in Don Jazzy’s DM, even in Burna Boy’s DM at some point begging to be signed – DMW’s Logos Olori

Logos Olori, one of Davido Music Worldwide’s most recent signees, has opened out about his hardships as an emerging musician.

The ‘Dissolve Me’ singer revealed that before Davido signed him to his music company last year, he was DMing Don Jazzy and other music executives, pleading for a record contract.

I wrote the Grammy-nominated song ‘Unavailable’ – Davido's signee, Logos Olori

Logos Olori said this during a recent interview on Cool FM, adding that when he contacted Jazzy, he received no reaction.

He also said that, unlike the others, he never contacted Davido to seek to be signed; instead, the DMW boss saw his potential and opted to sign him.

He said; “David was one person I didn’t send DM’s to, Olamide was the first artist that posted my song, I even met him in Dubai and I told him to give me one verse but I chased that verse and unfortunately I didn’t get it.

I was in Don Jazzy’s DM, and I was in everybody’s DM but a lot of them won’t reply to me, I was even in Burna Boy’s DM at some point but not for music-related issues that were just for like something he said and I replied and we argued”.
