I Didn’t Reconcile Don Jazzy, D’Banj – Mr Macaroni reveals

Debo Adebayo, also known as Mr. Macaroni, is a comedian and social media influencer. He has clarified that he was not the driving force behind the reconciliation between seasoned singer Daniel Oyebanjo, also known as D’Banj, and renowned music producer Michael Collins Ajereh, also known as Don Jazzy.

The two established Mo Hit Records in 2004 and went their separate ways after a rift in 2012.

However, on Friday, it appears that the two have reconciled after a 12-year breakup.

In a now-viral video shared on Friday, D’banj collaborated with DonJazzy on Instagram, the two were seen hugging and exchanging pleasantries.

The music video served as a promo for Dbanj’s recently released track, “Since 04,” in which he appears to be paying homage to Mo Hit Records, of which he was a key shareholder together with Don Jazzy and to which he belonged.

In addition, the video was posted to honor Mr. Macaroni, who turned 50 on Friday. On Friday, Mr. Macaroni shared the video on X and commented, “It’s My Birthday and I got the perfect Gift.”

But other X users speculated that Mr. Macaroni “fulfilled his words” by starting the process of bringing Don Jazzy and D’Banj back together after seeing a previous post of his.

In March 2013, Mr Macaroni on Twitter, now X, wrote, “I Have This Feeling, A Very Strong Feeling; That I Will Reconcile D’banj And Donjazzy.”

However, on Friday Mr Macaroni admitted to not being the one who initiated the reconciliation. He further revealed that both D’Banj and Don Jazzy had been “cool” before now.

He wrote, “Well, I didn’t do any reconciliation because they have been cool. But I’m so glad I can come back to this tweet and smile because Jah knows I have always loved these two with all my heart.”
