The President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Chief Ejezie Emeka Rollas, expressed gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for his assistance with Zack Orji’s health.
Zack Orji was rumoured to have taken a medical trip to the United Kingdom for a post-surgery examination.
Rollas also applauded the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, for her compassion for the legendary actor. He also credited the President’s son, Seyi Tinubu, with offering invaluable assistance.
He also commended Minister for Women Affairs Barr. Uju Kennedy Ohanenye for her tireless efforts to get Zack Orji back on his feet as quickly as possible, as well as Orji’s lifelong friend Ahmed Bala for his unwavering support throughout the process.
According to him, “We have witnessed the unprecedented support that President Tinubu is giving to the creative industry which has clearly shown his clear determination to uplift the sector to be more relevant and beneficial to both the practitioners and the national economy and we find it necessary to appreciate him.”
Rollas had previously expressed profound gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for the appointments of an AGN member, Ali Nuhu, Managing Director of Nigeria Film Corporation, as well as other key professionals such as Dr. Shaibu Husseini, Director General of the National Film and Video Censors Board, and Obi Osika, Director General of the Council for Arts and Culture.
Remember how it was claimed a few days ago that Zack Orji had died. The viral report, however, was eventually discredited by AGN leadership.
