“Her mood instantly changed” – Ibadan street artist draws police woman, makes her happy in viral clip

A talented Ibadan-based artist has used his skill to make a stressed-looking female officer happy as he draws a beautiful portrait of her without her knowledge and presents it to her in a viral clip.

The sketch artist known as Bamishaye Sunday David revealed that he came across the tired-looking female traffic officer at Dogo Apata Ibadan, Oyo state.

She was sitting on a chair and conversing with a trader, and didn’t know that the artist was busy drawing a portrait of her.

When the guy completed the artwork and showed what he had drawn, the lady instantly recognized who it was.

Her face broke into wide smiles as she a portrait of herself in the sheet of paper.

David, the artist, who spoke to LegitNG had revealed that he doesn’t collect money for doing the artworks, because money isn’t everything and he wants to set smiles on the faces of people.

He said …

“I’ve never felt bad, not for once, for not being paid. Everything isn’t about money! Making people happy is a blessing, and I believe Mother Nature has its way of rewarding people. Sometimes people call me from abroad to appreciate my work, and some send money as a gift.”
