“He forgot to sign out the iCloud”

A Nigerian man sparked mixed reactions online after disclosing how he peppered a thief who took his iPhone a year ago.

He claimed in his post that he always deletes images from the stolen iPhone using iCloud access because the thief forgot to sign out.

According to @mandabe_m, he was robbed of his iPhone last year and has been deleting the thief’s images whenever he gets bored.

Surprisingly, the stolen smartphone lacked a passcode, but the iCloud account was still active, allowing the user to remotely erase photos from the thief’s gallery.

Despite the distance, the user was able to operate the stolen phone despite the thief’s residence in a village in Mongu. He penned;

“There’s a guy who had stolen a phone from me last year and somewhat managed to escape and has since been in some village in Mongu, my phone didn’t have a passcode but it had my iCloud. He hasn’t signed out so every time I’m bored I delete his pictures.”
