Arsenal secured a hard-fought 2-1 win over Brentford, with Kai Havertz coming to the rescue with a late winner after Aaron Ramsdale error.
Arsenal started the match well, with Declan Rice opening the scoring with a powerful header from a cross by Ben White.
However, Ramsdale’s mistake just before half-time allowed Brentford’s Yoane Wissa to equalize, leaving the Emirates Stadium stunned.
Despite dominating possession, Arsenal struggled to break down Brentford’s defense in the second half.
Ramsdale made amends with two crucial saves, denying Brentford’s Ivan Toney and keeping Arsenal in the game.
However, Havertz, who had missed earlier chances, finally found the back of the net with a well-placed shot, securing all three points for Arsenal.
