Two goals from Harry Kane ensured Bayern Munich secured a 4-2 win against FC Heidenheim at the Allianz Arena on Saturday.
Kane made his mark early in the game, finding the net in the 14th minute with an assist from Leroy Sane.
The English striker wasn’t done, doubling the lead just before halftime at the 44th minute, putting Bayern in a favorable position.
However, FC Heidenheim fought back in the second half. Tim Kleindienst netted their opener, raising the hopes of the visitors.
As if that wasn’t enough, Jan-Niklas Beste leveled the score just past the hour mark, bringing the match to a 2-2 draw.
However, Bayern Munich maintained their determination to win, as Raphael Guerreiro restored the lead with a decisive goal, bringing the score to 3-2.
The drama continued as Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting sealed the victory with a late finish in the 85th minute.
