After a 10-year hiatus from the music industry, Nyashinski returned with a bang in 2016 called ‘Now You Know.’
In the first verse of the song, Nyashinski mentions that people were wondering where he went, alleging that he disappeared like the offerings of Ksh310 (310 Seed) that Victor Kanyari received from his followers.
“Naskia wakiuliza ule boy wetu alienda wapi Amepotea ka zile mbegu watu walipanda na Kanyari ye yee yeaah Na naskia inasemekena Ati rap zangu hukam na mkazo, na ile utamu wa reggea mama,” Nyashinski rapped in his song.
Kanyari recently responded to Nyashinki diss track.
The controversial preacher claimed that no money was lost in the Ksh310 seed scandal.
“Kuna muimbaji anaitwa Nyashinski alisema ya kwamba watu wanasema nilipotea kama zile mbegu zilipotea na Kanyari. Hakuna mbegu zilipotea na Kanyari. Mimi nikiwa ninahubiri Nyashinski alikuwa akiimba na group injini. Walikuwa vijana wadogo. Bado nilikuwa pale.
“Nilikuwa nahubiri wakati Nyashinski alikuwa anahubiri hapo airport, walikuwa wanaimba na kina Collo. Kuna wimbo wao walikuwa inaimba ‘Tuendelee ama tusiendelee’. Hio wimbo hata mimi nilikuwa naipenda. Enzi hizo nilitaka kuwa mwanamuziki, kwa bahati mbaya sikuwa muimbaji nikakuwa Prophet, Daktari Victor Kanyari,” he said.
