The internationally renowned Afrobeat singer Davido has officially submitted his musical works for consideration at the 2024 Grammy Awards.

Joey Akan, a music fan and popular podcaster, revealed the details on X, shedding light on the several categories in which Davido’s work is competing.

“Timeless,” Davido’s critically acclaimed album, is taking center stage in 2018 Grammy campaign, with nominations in a variety of categories.

According to Akan, the album is nominated for the prestigious “Album of the Year” and “Best Global Music Album” categories.

One of the album’s standout tunes, “Feel,” is also up for a nomination in the “Best Global Music Performance” category.

Davido’s chart-topping smash, “Unavailable,” is also being nominated in three important categories.

The song has been nominated for “Song of the Year,” “African Music Performance,” and “Record of the Year” awards.
