Goat Named Akmed ‘Arrested’ For Attacking Dog and Primary School Pupils in South Africa

A male goat named Akmed was forcibly taken from a property in Mt View – Verulam, KZN, South Africa, after attacking a dog and a group of students.

In a statement released on Friday, April 26, 2024, Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) claimed its officers were dispatched to the suburb after a caller sought help.

She reported to the Operations Centre that a goat was assaulting her dog.

When Reaction Officers arrived, they were informed that the goat had previously assaulted numerous pupils on their way to a primary school.

Reaction Officers took the animal after many fruitless attempts to find the owner.
