Paparazzi captured Gary Busey pulling his pants down at a public park in California on Saturday, a day after he was charged with sex crimes.
In the video, the 78-year-old actor is seen sitting on a bench at Point Dume Park in Malibu with his black sweatpants by his knees as he looks around with a giant smile on his face.
His hands appear crossed over his legs, and then he proceeds to untie his pants so that he can properly pull his pants back up.
It is unclear why Busey dropped his trousers, but it is not the first time he has done so in public.
The “Point Break” star appeared in the UK version of “Celebrity Big Brother” in 2014 and got into a dispute with several housemates for taking his pants down there.
In a clip of the incident, British TV personality Dee Kelly could be heard shouting, “That’s not natural. That’s not right.”
Ballroom dancer Jordan James then confronted Busey – because he did not have any underwear on at the time – to which the “Buddy Holly Story” star replied, “I know.”
Busey explained, “When my knee pops out on the lateral side, I sit down and restrap the knee. You haven’t been to the doctor. You haven’t had a bad knee.”
In the paparazzi video from Saturday, the “Under Seige” actor does not appear to adjust his knee, but we could not confirm if he was experiencing a similar issue. His reps did not return multiple requests for comment.
Busey’s inappropriate antics come amid claims he allegedly groped two people at a “Monster-Mania” convention in Cherry Hill, NJ, earlier this month.
On Friday, the “Celebrity Apprentice” alum was charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact, one count of criminal attempt/criminal sexual contact and one count of harassment as a result of the allegations.
It is also unknown if Busey’s actions stem from mental health issues following a near-fatal motorcycle accident in 1988.
According to a 2019 Hollywood Reporter profile, the “Predator 2” actor suffered severe damage to the frontal lobe of his brain as a result of the accident, which made him “more impulsive and prone to anger and delusions of grandeur.”
“The post-accident version of him turned his personality up to 11,” Busey’s eldest son, Jake, said at the time. “I feel like I lost my dad on December 4, 1988.”
