“From US to village” – Mother relocates to village with little daughter

A woman who lived in the US with her family recently relocated back to her hometown in Uganda.

She shared a video of her toddler who quickly got accustomed to the village lifestyle despite being born abroad.

In the video, the toddler was seen carrying a can to fetch water from a public tap.

The video was captioned:
β€œPOV… My daughter after I moved her from the US πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ and took her to the village in Uganda πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¬.”

Reacting to the video, @Nazir_Of_Uganda questioned: β€œWas the song necessary? πŸ˜‚β€

@Mumbejja Gloria wrote: β€œThe song really makes me cry πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ but that our Uganda.”

@πŸ’™LordfameπŸ” said: β€œThe song wagwan. It’s like e ka kid was suffering πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.”

@OG Kitty Committee commented: β€œWhen I was little, my parents took us to rural Alabama where we had to pick and shuck peas. The boys killed a goat that was later dinner. These are not positive memories. The simpler like is not for me. Oh, I also saw my grandfather wring a chickenβ€˜s neck in preparation for dinner. 😳.”
