Eniola Badmus, Asake, Fireboy, 43 other musicians storm Tinubu’s pre-inauguration concert in Abuja (Video)

On Thursday night, a star-studded array of celebrities from the entertainment industry gathered at the MKO Abiola National Stadium in Abuja for the pre-inauguration concert of President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The event, known as the ‘Renewed Hope Concert,’ was organized to unite Tinubu’s supporters in celebration leading up to his inauguration on May 29.

Notable Nollywood actress and chairperson of the entertainment committee for the inauguration, Eniola Badmus, took to Instagram to share a video from the event.

The clip featured her alongside singer Bella Shmurda and other esteemed guests who attended the concert.

In her Instagram caption, Badmus expressed her excitement for the unique inauguration concert, which aimed to bring together A-list and Z-list artists alike, showcasing unity and a shared belief in a prosperous Nigeria.

She wrote;

Abuja is about to experience the first-of-its-kind inauguration concert featuring all the A-list artists from the Z-list just because we believe so much in Unity and One Nigeria. Election is over. Let us come together as one and make Nigeria great again. The New Era here is called RENEWED HOPE.”

The concert was a spectacle of musical performances, with over 46 musicians taking the stage to entertain the audience.

Renowned artists such as Buju, Waje, Brymo, Fireboy, Kaycee, Asake, Timaya, Pasuma, Naira Marley, Tony Tetuila, Seyi Vibes, and many other industry heavyweights delivered electrifying performances in honor of Bola Tinubu and his Vice President-elect, Kashim Shettima.

Rising star Oniyide Azeez, popularly known as Zinoleesky, captivated the crowd with his performance, while veteran singer Wande Coal thrilled the audience with his soulful tunes.

The highlight of the evening came when veteran singer Inetimi Odon, also known as Timaya, took the stage, igniting excitement with his hit song ‘As e dey sweet us, e dey pain them.’

Videos from the event circulated online, showcasing the incredible atmosphere and memorable moments as fans and supporters were swept away by the captivating performances.
