Reality TV star and comedian Deeone has criticized music producer Michael Collins Ajereh, known as Don Jazzy, for his recent charitable efforts.
In a viral video, Deeone claimed that Don Jazzy is ignoring his family’s needs while making large public donations.
This issue arose after Don Jazzy donated N100 million to Martins Otse, also known as Verydarkman (VDM), and his NGO.
The music producer also reportedly gave an undisclosed amount to VDM. While many celebrated Don Jazzy’s generosity, Deeone took to social media to criticize his focus on public charity instead of addressing issues closer to home.
In a video, Deeone claimed to show footage of Don Jazzy’s family house, saying it was in disrepair while millions were allocated to other projects.
He suggested that some of the N100 million donation should have gone towards fixing the house, pointing out that “charity begins at home.”
Deeone, who is in favor of charitable initiatives, remarked that a renovated family home could serve as an inspiration for others.
His comments started a discussion on social media. Some people agreed with Deeone, while others backed Don Jazzy’s choice in his charitable work.
The video on Deeone’s Instagram is still getting a lot of views, with fans sharing their opinions on both sides.
