A couple has experienced a devastating loss as all five of their quintuplets born at the Nakuru Level 5 hospital passed away on Thursday, February 2.
The 25-year-old mother had delivered the quintuplets at the Nakuru Level 5 hospital in Kenya on Wednesday, February 1st and all were safe and sound until the next morning.
The hospital superintendent, Dr. Aisha Maina, confirmed the news. The report was corroborated by Bahati Member of Parliament, MP Irene Njoki who visited the couple and brought them essentials, and expressed her condolences.
“A sad ending. Rest in Peace (RIP) to the five angels,” Njoki wrote.
Simon Ndung’u and Margaret Wangui who are the parents of the quintuplets are reported to be doing their best to bear the loss of all five babies.
