The Hensel twins, who are 34 years old and dicephalic (conjoined at the torso and share some organs), work as fifth-grade teachers in Minnesota.

Because of the significant risk of the surgery, their parents, Patty and Mike Hensel, opted not to separate them from birth.

The wedding ceremony details are unknown, however a photo circulating on social media shows Josh standing next to Brittany and Abby in a suit, both wearing bridal gowns.
