Coco Austin got emotional while sending her 6-year-old daughter off to first grade on Wednesday.
“My baby……😭 Definitely a bitter sweet day,” Austin wrote alongside a photo of her daughter, Chanel, along with the hashtags, “#1stdayofschool #1stgrade.”
Chanel — who she shares with husband Ice-T — donned a pair of bright pink tights, a white t-shirt and a jean jacket tied together with a pink bow in her long hair.
The first grader gave the camera a shy smile while holding up a sign celebrating her first day of school.
The sign had different prompts for the first grader to fill out, such as a list of her “favorite things” which included dancing, drawing and making food.
Chanel plans to follow in her father’s footsteps as she wants to be a “singer” when she grows up, she noted on the board.
Both Austin — whose real name is Nicole Natalie Marrow — and Ice-T have been known to pamper their daughter, often leading to criticism from other parents online.
Back in May, the blonde bombshell was slammed for pushing Chanel in a stroller while on vacation in the Bahamas.
The 43-year-old shared a family photo of an annoyed-looking Chanel slouched in a baby buggy while shopping.
“A stroll through the @atlantisbahamas shops…” Austin captioned the Instagram post.
“Chanel is so over it unless theres something cool to see,” she continued, acknowledging her daughter’s pouty expression.
Critics were quick to call out the mother of one, commenting things like, “Isn’t she like 6 yrs old! Should she be out of a stroller by now?!” and “let her grow up.”
Both Coco and Ice-T, real name Tracy Lauren Marrow, responded to the “ridiculous” backlash with the rapper, 64, tweeting, “MFs ain’t got s–t else to talk about. F em all. Smh. Lol.”
The “Law and Order: SVU” star and Austin have been together for 21 years and tied the knot in January 2022.
