About two weeks ago Ruto gave a directive for Miracle Baby to be treated at the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH).
Ruto dispatched former Stahere MP Charles Njagua Kanyi aka Jaguar to take the ailing musician to KNH to receive specialized treatment.
Concern was raised over Miracle Baby’s deteriorating health having been recently discharged from the hospital.
On March 5, 2024, Jaguar together with comedian Chipukeezy, musicians KRG the Don, Gabu formerly of P Unit and Weezdom together with a medical team from KNH visited Miracle Baby at his home, picked him up and drove him to the hospital.
According to Jaguar, Ruto will take care of the bill that Miracle Baby will incur at KNH.
The former Starehe MP further gave Miracle Baby’s partner Carol Katrue Ksh300,000 which he said was from Ruto and was to cover additional expenses at home.
Carol Katrue announced she had quit her job at Githima TV weeks after Ruto extended a helping hand.
In a post on social media, Katrue said that she was quitting the job due to some unavoidable circumstances.
She however further promised her fans to update them about the way forward.
“Hae guys, during to unavoidable circumstances I have quit working with Githima TV githima tv…I’ll be updating you where we will be catching up 😊#PeaceOfMind” she wrote.
News of Carol Katrue exiting Githima TV was also confirmed by Miracle Baby, who also penned a similar message to his Facebook account.
“Due to unavoidable circumstances Carol Katrue has quit Githima TV tutawaambia place tutakua tuna meet” he wrote.
Before quitting Githima TV, Carol Katrue was famous for hosting the show dubbed ‘Mugithi Express’, that used to air on Fridays from 10 PM to 12 AM.
Even though it is not yet clear when the mother of one started her job at the vernacular TV station, her posts on her Facebook account suggest that it might be sometime this year.
This is because it is January 2024 when Carol Katrue started making posts about working at Githima TV.
Carol Katrue quit her TV job just a year after Miracle Baby also quit his job at the Royal Media Services-owned station Inooro TV.
He announced on February 24, 2023, that he was exiting the station for personal reasons, which he however never revealed.
“Sorry to my fans, I will no longer be working with Royal Media Services” Miracle Baby wrote briefly.
