The Supreme Court has upheld the election of the governor of Cross River Governor, Bassey Otu of the All Progressive Congress.
The victory of Cross River Governor was contested by the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate, Sandy Onar.
The supreme court labeled the appeal as a waste of judicial time and resources when it dismissed it.
