Grammy award-winning musician Ayodeji Balogun, better known by his stage name Wizkid, is making the most of his time in Nigeria following his mother’s funeral.
The musician, who lives largely in Europe with his two youngest children and baby mama/manager Jada Pollock, has been on tour and making unexpected appearances.
His most recent surprise appearance was to Nollywood actor, filmmaker, and director Kunle Afolayan. Kunle was spotted giving Wizkid a tour of his restaurant and bar in Ikeja in videos that circulated online.
The singer was undoubtedly greeted royally by the actor, who was delighted to have the superstar in his office.
In another of the clips, Wizkid was captured spraying bundles of new N500 notes on the Nollywood actor, who was hyping him up.

His visit to Kunle Afolayan is coming days after he paid a courtesy visit to Fuji Maestro, King Wasiu Ayinde, popularly known as Kwam1. The singer visited the Fuji Maestro’s home where he was warmly welcomed. His visit was specially to thank K1 for showing up for his family at his late mother’s burial service and giving a lovely performance.
The two were later spotted visiting the Awujale of Ijebu land, Ona Sikiru Kayode Adetona at the palace, where they received prayers from the monarch.
Wizkid also made an appearance at his secondary school, Ijebu Ode Grammar school were he was captured roaming around the school compound with a few young lads.
