In the ongoing feud between Comedian Basketmouth and his colleague, Ayo Makun, tensions continue to rise as they engage in a war of words.
During a recent interview with Chude, Ay revisited the issue and publicly ridiculed Basketmouth during his AY LIVE show, referring to him as a baboon and beast while using a DJ’s instrumentals.
In response, Basketmouth took to Instagram to share a video of himself eating chinchin while on a plane, humorously questioning whether a “beast” could enjoy chinchin.
The comedian wrote: Beast wey dey chop Chinchin…that wan na Beast?
Earlier, Basketmouth disclosed in a podcast with the Honest Bunch crew that he and AY were never close friends and had never had a personal relationship. He also revealed that he first met AY through the comedy king, Ali Baba, and had never mentored him.
The comedian declined to disclose what had caused the feud between him and AY but asserted that it had nothing to do with any client. Basketmouth also accused AY of using lies about their feud to promote his upcoming show, a tactic he claimed was typical of his colleague.
