AY Makun has filed a lawsuit against Agozi Samuel who accuses him of sleeping with May Edochie

• Nigerian comedian AY Makun has filed a lawsuit against Agozi Samuel, also known as Agozi Comedy, for causing controversy with bold accusations about the comedian.

• A video circulating online accuses AY of causing marital discord between May and her husband, Yul Edochie.

Agozi asserts that one of the reasons for the problems in her marriage was because AY had extramarital affair with May. Agozi said; “You slept with May. Because of you, Yul Edochie and his wife separated because you’re having an affair with Yul Edochie wife which is May.

The general public was unaware of what was going on, including the ongoing court case. “January. 29th, 2024”

In a separate video, the individual said that AY’s wife, Mabel Makun, had been in a love connection with the comedian’s security guard for the past five years.

Agozi said that AY is not the biological father of his second daughter, who recently celebrated her birthday, amidst rumors about Mabel and AY’s alleged marital problems, which were indicated by their choice to stop following each other.

Ayo Makun has responded to the accusations by filing an official police complaint against Agozi for allegedly making defamatory remarks that, according to Makun, have damaged his reputation that has been built over more than decade.

Ayo Makun claimed to have reached a breaking point with the spread of misleading information in the caption that went along with his post.
