Atiku Abubakar, a former vice president and the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) presidential contender for the elections of 2023, claims that his only purpose is to serve Nigerians.
He spoke yesterday in Yola, Adamawa State, at a rally where thousands of All Progressives Congress (APC) supporters in the state switched to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Atiku promised to address Nigeria’s problems if elected as he was greeted by a sizable crowd in Yola’s Mahmud Ribadu Square.
In Adamawa State, Atiku urged voters to build on their support for him over the course of his 30-year political career.
He also called on party members to united and work together.
