Very Dark Man, a social media activist, has finally broken his silence on the viral reports that Davido abused a businessman in Abuja through his bodyguards.
It was previously stated that Abu Salami, a Nigerian photographer and businessman, publicly chastised the musician for breaching a contract worth millions.
The businessman said that he paid the musician N218 million to influence a football initiative for children, which he did not attend.
To make matters worse, Davido refused to refund his money and intimidated him by sending thugs to him.
He posted an unsettling video of himself being beaten up by people that he said was provided by the singer.
In response to the video, Very Dark Man, a friend of Davido, said that he has received threats from Netizens because of it.
He confessed that the men in the video were Davido’s bodyguards, and that he had a good time with them when he saw the singer.
However, he does not trust the circulating claim that the guards brutalized a man because there is no proof to back it up.
VDM noticed how individuals love to spread negative information about the artist and how the entertainment industry, particularly in Lagos, is rife with jealously and rivalry.
VDMan went on to say that Nigerians had not learned from Mohbad’s death, and that politicians continue to play us because we don’t ask the correct questions.

If bad news about Davido comes out, people will be fueling it. People in the music industry especially the Entertainment industry in Lagos don’t like themselves. It is filled with jealousy and envy. In general, the entertainment industry in Lagos is toxic.
If I see any news about Wizkid, Burna Boy, I will look for evidence before speaking on it.
I had vowed any to speak on Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy because they have a community, and no matter the truth you speak, they wouldn’t listen to you. Sentiments have entered them in the name of Fanbase and support.
