Muli’s open letter started by thanking Citizen TV for the years of employment and went on to mention that she has been able to grow and learn so much in her line of duty.
“As we embrace this leap year, I am grateful for your unwavering support over the years. I am also grateful for @citizentvkenya I have learnt so much over the years,” she said.
Lillian Muli also showed her appreciation to God, her mother and other people who have played a key role in her life.

“I am so grateful to my mum Mwende (that is your name because you are Love!)…you are my rock, my mother I Love you.
“My sons have shaped me to be the best version of me. Thank you, Joshua and Liam. I Love you my double heartbeats. You are such good children.
“ My mentors are my small circle of friends. You range from CEOs to pastors, family, to just about everyone that has impacted my growth. I see you Fam!” She wrote.
While concluding her open letter, Lillian Muli thanked her viewers on Citizen TV saying that they have been the driving force behind her commitment to delivering accurate and insightful news coverage.
“To you, our viewers your trust and loyalty have been the driving force behind my commitment to delivering accurate and insightful news coverage.
“This extra day serves as a reminder of the precious moments we hold together. I am dedicated to continuing our journey together. Thank you for inviting me into your homes. Let us make this Leap year one filled with meaningful connections, important conversations, and positive change. ASANTENI,” she said.
