In a candid interview with fellow creators Nebz and Nyathira, Eve didn’t hold back when discussing the breakup that fans have speculated about for months.
“I told people I knew it wasn’t going anywhere,” she said.
“You ever have people tell you, ‘This one’s not lasting,’ and even you deep down agree but just stick around anyway?” Eve shared, laughing about how long she held onto a relationship that was clearly going nowhere.
The 24-year-old content creator also revealed that she couldn’t deny YouTuber Andrew Kibe’s harsh critique of her relationship with Trevor.
At the time, Kibe made it clear he saw the cracks, and Eve secretly agreed.
“When Kibe called it out, I had to admit he was spot-on,” she said, recalling her thoughts during Kibe’s takedowns.
“‘Ehh, Kibe, you’re right—everything you’re saying is the truth!’” Eve added, laughing.
But it wasn’t all gloomy reflections!
The influencer dropped a bombshell, hinting that her current mystery boyfriend might be popping the big question soon.
Teasing fans, she joked about the possibility of dowry negotiations happening soon, in a not-so-subtle dig at her ex, Trevor.
“Right now, I see myself getting dowry, but if I had stayed with Trevor, I’d probably be the one paying it!” Eve teased, sparking speculation that wedding bells may be in the near future.
Eve also revealed she’s been in her current relationship for almost a year, proudly saying, “I’m hitting my one-year anniversary soon.”
Despite the excitement, she made it clear there’s no rush to expand her family just yet.
Reflecting on her past, she pointed out that she avoided getting pregnant during her long-term relationship with Trevor.
“I stayed in a five-year relationship without getting pregnant, so I’m definitely not in a rush now,” she confidently stated.
