Five people were shot and killed by gunmen in Ayilamo, a hamlet in Benue State‘s Logo Local Government, on Wednesday.
The attack happened on Tuesday night, according to a spokesman for the north-central state police command.
Anene continued, “A few others sustained injuries.”
She reported that there was another attack in the Mbachohon neighborhood of Gwer-West Local Government, but she did not have any information about it.
