Netizens have reacted to a viral video of an alleged Bingham University freshman who was being flogged by his senior.

According to a Twitter user, Jemima Nnadi who shared the disturbing video on the micro blogging platform, fresh students are usually subjected to such treatment in the school by their seniors.

She wrote:

“This video was sent by my cousin in Bingham university…
This is what they go through as freshers in the university… Buullying…
This student should be found and duly prosecuted..
How can a fellow student do this to another… Kindly retweet and tag necessary authorities”

However, a new tweet by Jemima claims the ruffian was expelled in July following the act.
