The well-known movie actor turned preacher Yul Edochie is being dragged by Nollywood actress Sarah Martins for his prediction regarding the AFCON finals.
A few hours before the play started, Yul Edochie said on Instagram that Nigeria will defeat Cote d’Ivoire and that extra time would not be needed in the contest.
However, in defiance of Yul’s prognosis or prediction, Nigeria fell short of Cote d’Ivoire 1-2, leading to several internet jeers directed at the actor.
Sarah Martins, who seems to be Yul Edochie’s arch-rival along with his second wife Judy Austin, made fun of the actor on her Instagram page.
Sarah claimed that as soon as Yul Edochie revealed his prophecy, she felt defeated.
According to her:
“The moment pastor Yul prophesied, I knew we were gonna loose The only opportunity he had to proof that indeed God called him If he held back his prophecy we for win.,. Orishirishi😭.”
Sarah’s post was followed by some comments from netizens too.
