Diligent In a recent video, Nigerian musician Habeeb Okikiola Olanrewaju, better known by his stage name Portable, criticizes the Super Eagles of Nigeria for losing to Ivory Coast in the AFCON final.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria lost the competition’s final match 2:1 to the host nation, Ivory Coast, meaning they were unable to win the 2023 AFCON yesterday, Sunday, February 11th, 2024.
Although some praised the Super Eagles for their efforts in making it to the tournament final, Portable has joined the group of Nigerians who have been dragging some of the Super Eagles players.
Days after criticizing Nigerians for devoting their energies to watching the AFCON and admitting that the country’s circumstances are dire, Portable criticizes the Super Eagles in a new video
The “Zazoo Zeh” hitmaker said that the Super Eagles players didn’t deserve to win since they didn’t perform well enough to take home the trophy.
He went on to say that the Elephants of Ivory Coast will be destroyed by some gifted players like Sango and Agege at the AFCON final.
