Agile-Bem Jabez Ordedoo, who served as a Special Assistant on Media to former Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom, expressed a controversial viewpoint on sharing details about one’s future spouse months before the wedding.
Ex-Governor Ortom’s Aide likened such pre-wedding revelations to informing Satan of one’s decision.
He went on to caution against premature disclosure, highlighting the potential risks involved.
Ordedoo suggested that sharing this information could attract undue attention, possibly leading to gossip and interference from outsiders.
His post indicated that waiting until the wedding date was a better approach to protect the relationship from unnecessary scrutiny.
In his words;
“Have sense. Advertising a man or woman you wish to get married to several months before the due date is same as writing a letter to Satan informing her of your decision to follow Jesus.”
You think Satan will fold his hands and watch?
Brings us the date and save yourself the stress of explaining to your fiancé what you heard about him or her yesterday, today and tomorrow ( there are vultures seeking to devour anything happiness) Free advice.”
