An abroad-based Nigerian nurse has recounted how a Nigerian lady collapsed after working for 73 hours straight in order to support her husband who’s studying for his master’s degree.

According to the narrator, the Nigerian woman and her husband moved abroad on student visa with the woman being the dependant.

The man, however, refused to work for 20 hours, saying that he has to be studying for his msc degree. This made the lady take on more jobs so as to meet up with financial demands of the family.

The nurse revealed that the Nigerian woman fainted and was rushed to the hospital where she works.

It was at the facility that the woman opened up to her what had made her faint.
