A Los Angeles man, Duane Cali, is going viral and catching some serious heat after leaving his home to go grab some McDonald’s while being infected with the Monkeypox virus

The man, identified on his TikTok as Duane Cali, shared a video of himself in his car. As the video opens, Duane takes a sip of his McDonald’s drink and greets his audience, before trying to give an inspirational message about who you keep in your circle.

Duane said, “What’s good, y’all? My bad I’m not in the house. I had to go make a McDonald’s run, because I don’t have any groceries. I ain’t have no food.” Duane then tries to share some advice. “I wanted to remind you to be careful who you f**k with. Because not everybody who you f**k with, is gonna f**k with you … You might show up for the wrong person … and end up with Monkeypox.”
