Don’t make promises when you are happy – you might likely not be able to fulfill them.
I have learned so much in the music industry and sometimes as a top artiste, you will be tempted to sign some talented upcoming artistes to your label – when you can just jump on their song, give them a hit song, shoot the Video for them and move on (let them go their way).
Signing them at that particular moment you are happy can ruin you or them.
YBNL & Olamide Signing Issue
Where is Limerick, Picazo, Temmie Ovwasa, and many others too numerous to mention that were sent off the label without any concrete reasons?
Now, what happened then is about to repeat itself.
Olamide easily gets carried away and that’s because he has a kind heart but when reality sets in (Music industry wahala – expenses and expectations of the Artiste) – Olamide is quick to send them packing.
Jayboi & Asake – Now Signed To YBNL?
Olamide could have just blessed these guys by jumping on their jams and letting them go into the World and prosper…
Instead, he signed them both to his label and this really didn’t go well with some Music lovers who know what Olamide is capable of doing.

Do You Think Olamide Will Be Able To Blow Jayboi & Asake As He Did For Fireboy?
Do You Think There Signing To YBNL Will End In Tears Like That Of Limerick, Lyta, Picazo etc?
