A Nigerian lady expresses frustration after her US visa was denied, despite spending millions of naira and undergoing intense prayer and fasting in hopes of approval.
In a video shared on X, formerly Twitter, the woman recounts her experience with the US visa process and shares her disappointment upon receiving the rejection.
She explained that before the embassy’s feedback, she had invested significant resources, both financially and spiritually, believing her efforts would secure the visa.
Despite her dedication, however, her application was denied.
In her statement, she revealed that she wasn’t alone in facing rejection, describing how nearly 20 other applicants were denied in her presence.
Out of about 300 people who attended the interview, she estimated that only five would likely be approved. “I feel sad. I could have used my money to buy a car. I’m depressed,” she admitted, though she expressed determination to reapply: “I’ll go to that Yankee.”
