The duo were previously secular musicians before giving their lives to God and switching to gospel music.
Taking to Instagram, Size 8 shared photos of their old ratchet ways, quoting some of the lyric in their new song that states; alcohol, drug abuse and adultery was the order of the day.
“Aliko nitoa katikati madawa usherati na pombe hiyo ilikuwa rada……glory to God by His mercy and grace He saved us……Nimeokoka,” she said.
Size 8 further said that it has been 12 years since turning around her life and choosing to follow Jesus.
According to her, many mocked her saying her salvation wouldn’t last even a week.
“It is now 12 years since i gave my life to Jesus Christ……..God rescued me from the pit of darkness and saved me by His grace yet i was one of the chief of sinners…..His mercy said no to the death of my spirit and degenerated soul…..many said my salvation wont last even a week thinking that i was holding my own salvation but they under estimated the power of God that is able to save and sustain us in salvation
“I am a living proof that God is real , His mercy is real, His grace and power is real……And He is love! Help me celebrate Jesus Christ my savior…… I am born again ….. NIMEOKOKA!,” the mother of two wrote.
