In the said post, the Arise News correspondent, Oseni Rufai revealed in his post that a sitting governor has budgeted millions to buy Torchlights and walkie talkie.

In the same post, he spoke about the plan of this same Governor to buy billions worth of cars.

He wrote: “N700 million to buy ’50 torchlights and 100 walkie-talkie for Bayelsa Community Safety Corps’. N4.6 billion to buy 20 Hilux and SUVs and another N1.2 billion for government printing machines. All in the budget.”
