In a post on Instagram, KRG made it clear that he prefers to stay out of the public spat, stating that he is focused on his personal affairs and not interested in unnecessary online drama.
KRG expressed his displeasure with Salasya for bringing his name into the altercation, reminding the MP to respect his privacy and calm demeanor.
“Peter Salasya, mimi si hao watu unacheza nao huko online. Mimi ni Bhughaa!!! Weka heshima kijana,” KRG wrote, asserting that he is not someone to be trifled with.
(“Peter Salasya, I’m not one of those people you’re playing with online. I’m Bhughaa! Show some respect, young man.”)
The musician also took the opportunity to let his followers know that while he typically stays out of social media conflicts, he might engage in such battles — but only in the future.
“I don’t need online battles now. I will welcome them all in 2026,” he stated, signaling that he is more focused on his business ventures for the time being.
KRG’s remarks followed Salasya’s involvement in an online spat with Andrew Kibe, during which the MP escalated their feud by mentioning KRG’s name.
In his verbal attack on Kibe, Salasya suggested that Kibe should pick on individuals like KRG or socialites, implying that they are more suited to handle such confrontations.
“@kibeandy, I will deal with you, front and back. I’m not like @krgthedon or the socialites who tolerate your nonsense. I will end you,” Salasya declared, intensifying the conflict. He went on to threaten Kibe, stating that he would make sure Kibe faces consequences if he continued his online behavior.
The feud between Salasya and Kibe initially started when Kibe criticized the MP for allegedly sending money to socialite Huddah Monroe and expressing romantic interest in her.
The criticism quickly spiraled into a public showdown, with Salasya responding aggressively to Kibe’s taunts.
For his part, KRG The Don appears committed to staying out of the escalating feud for now, prioritizing his real-life business over social media drama.
However, his declaration that he may revisit the situation in 2026 hints at a potential future engagement in Kenya’s increasingly theatrical social media battles.
