A young Nigerian woman who married her husband in his family home describes the challenges and limitations of living under the same roof with her father and mother-in-law.
The lady known as @aproko_manager1 on the TikTok platform shared what it feels like to live in a family house as a married woman.
According to the woman, there are various obstacles, including privacy, while under the supervision of her in-laws. She added that leaving the house invites questions from her in-laws.
She emphasized how the meals she prepares for her husband are examined, especially while he is out from the house, and how she is unable to cook anything exotic for herself.
The lady added the space limitations in her spouse.
Her tweet has subsequently elicited a flood of responses from other users who condemn living in such conditions.
