“I built everything from scratch despite coming from a rich family” – Dangote reveals

• Nigerian billionaire, Johann Rupert, has surpassed South African Johann Rupert to become Africa’s richest man.

• In a recent interview, he revealed that his great grandfather was the wealthiest man in West Africa during the 1940s.

Recently, the billionaire from Nigeria surpassed Johann Rupert from South Africa’s  to become Africa’s richest man .

His great-grandfather was the richest man in West Africa in the 1940s, he admitted in a recent interview.

In addition his own father was a wealthy businessman who blended politics and business, but his grandfather was also wealthy.

Dangote, however, is proudly said, he didn’t collect a dime from their wealth and still built everything he had from scratch.

He acknowledged that his father left him a tangible amount in his will, he donated it to charity.
