Following the passing of Musiliu Ajikanle, the Nigerian entertainment industry experienced deep sorrow, with numerous actors and actresses expressing their condolences and reminiscing about the cherished moments they shared with the veteran actor.
Nollywood Veteran, Ayo Mogaji’s tribute, however, seemed to draw criticisms from the public.
The actress, in response to her colleague’s post on Ajikanle’s passing, revealed that she had spoken with him just under 14 days ago, about providing financial assistance.
According to her, Musiliu Ajikanle was supposed to share his account number with her, but unfortunately, he never did..
In her post, Binta Mogaji wrote,
“I spoke with him less than 2wks ago. He was supposed to send me his account number but he never did. What?????????”
Her comment was deemed hypocritical by many, who raised questions about the measures she undertook to ensure he sent his account number.
