The mother of one had taken to her Instagram page with over 5 million followers to share a snippet of herself having an intense workout session at a gym.
In the video, Adesua took on several strenuous tasks which left fans stunned.
Sharing the video, she wrote:
“Sharing a part of my life I rarely share. I take care of my Mind, BODY & Soul. This is a lifestyle. It doesn’t happen like magic. You have to put in the work. These were not all the exercises for the day sha. Just a small snippet.
